The technical manual attached to the boiler describes all the issues and accidents that may arise during the operation of the boiler. Therefore, before calling the service department, read the instructions.

Basic warranty conditions

The boiler output must be selected in accordance with the heat demand of the building.

Before buying a boiler, consult with the specialists of what boiler capacity you need.

When installing the boiler,  four-way mixing valve and an actuator must be installed in the system. This will prolong the life of the boiler.

The temperature in the boiler should not be less than 60 ° C, the return flow should not be less than 45 ° C-50 ° C. In this way, avoid the formation of condensation in the boiler and protect the boiler from corrosion.
The chimney must comply with the manufacturer’s parameters, which are indicated in the technical characteristics of the boiler. Technical characteristics are indicated on the website: www.kamenkatli.lt
Use the correct type of fuel for the boiler (the type of fuel is indicated on the website: www.kamenkatli.lt).
Clean the boiler heat exchanger and chimney regularly. This will ensure uninterrupted boiler operation and durability. The boiler must be connected to the heating system according to the scheme and manufacturer’s recommendations.
The manufacturer gives a guarantee for the heat exchanger of a pellet boiler for up to 6 years if the boiler is connected to the system according to the manufacturer’s connection diagram

The manufacturer gives a guarantee for the heat exchanger of a solid fuel boiler for up to 4 years if the boiler is connected to the system according to the manufacturer’s wiring diagram

** Duties of the service technician during the first start-up and adjustment of the boiler:
  • 1. Customer training on the principles of boiler operation.
  • 2. Check the heating system.  
  • 3. Connect sensors and automation.
  • 4. Make the first start-up and adjustment of the boiler
  • 5. Answer the client’s questions.
  • 6. Fill in the warranty card
  • 7. Extend the warranty on the boiler heat exchanger up to 6 years (if the boiler is connected to the system according to the manufacturer’s scheme)
